We work around term dates, examinations and holiday programmes, concentrating the disruptive work into holidays and reading weeks so teaching is not interrupted. From a single classroom to a multi-building campus, the plan is built backwards from the date the space has to be back in use.
We relocate whole sites and individual spaces: classrooms and teaching spaces, libraries and learning resource centres, laboratories and specialist learning spaces, IT suites and server rooms, administrative offices, and specialist facilities such as workshops, studios and sports provision.
Education sites rarely empty all at once. We plan phased moves and campus decants so parts of a site keep running while others are relocated, and we can hold furniture and equipment in managed furniture storage between phases. Every project carries appropriate insurance, and we produce risk assessments and method statements for working in occupied settings where pupils and staff are present.
Yes. All of our operational staff are permanently employed, trained in-house and Enhanced DBS checked as standard, so everyone on your site is vetted before they arrive.
