Ede’s was appointed to support Girls’ Learning Trust with a storage and redeployment programme across Wallington High School for Girls and Carshalton High School for Girls.

The project involved the removal, inventory management, secure storage, and subsequent redistribution of furniture and equipment during internal refurbishment works.

The key priority was clear: protect and track all assets while enabling refurbishment works to be completed efficiently and without disruption to the school calendar.

The Challenge

Delivering a multi-site storage and redeployment project within an education environment required careful planning and coordination.
