Ede’s was appointed to support Dorset Police with a complex internal relocation project at Bournemouth Police Station. The works involved the phased movement of departments, staff, and infrastructure across multiple floors, all delivered within a fully operational and secure environment. The key priority was clear: maintain uninterrupted police operations while delivering an efficient workspace transformation.

The Challenge

Operating within a live police station required careful coordination, discretion, and absolute adherence to safety and security protocols.Key challenges included:
