Sportradar Group

April 27, 2026

Overview

Ede’s was appointed to support Sportradar Group with a complex office relocation from 8–10 Old Jewry to 88 Wood Street, London EC2, incorporating storage, large-scale IT clearance, and furniture resale. The project involved multi-phase works including packing, decommissioning, secure storage, clearance, and final delivery into a live fit-out environment. The key priority was clear: meet strict lease-end deadlines while ensuring secure handling of IT assets and seamless relocation into the new premises.

The Challenge

Delivering a central London relocation with tight time constraints and multiple workstreams required careful coordination and adaptability. Key challenges included:

  • Central London access and parking constraints on a narrow road
  • Managing large-scale IT and furniture clearance across multiple floors
  • Coordinating works alongside other contractors during fit-out at the new site
  • Maintaining secure chain-of-custody for sensitive IT equipment
  • Responding to unexpected disruption, including goods lift failure during delivery

Our Approach

Ede’s delivered a structured, multi-phase solution, working closely with the client and third-party contractors throughout.

  • Phased packing, inventory, and secure storage of IT and office contents
  •
  • Decommissioning, transport, and recommissioning support for IT equipment
  •
  • Large-scale clearance of redundant furniture, IT, and general waste
  •
  • Coordination with specialist contractors, including furniture and recycling partners
  •
  • Suspension of parking bays and liaison with City of London authorities to maintain access
  •
  • Flexible rescheduling to overcome on-site challenges, including lift failure
  •
  • Delivery and installation from storage into the new building during ongoing fit-out works

Health, Safety & Compliance

All works were delivered in line with strict health, safety, and compliance standards.

  • Full Risk Assessment and Method Statements (RAMS) implemented
  •
  • Anti-static packaging and secure handling of IT equipment
  •
  • Full inventory tracking and condition reporting pre- and post-move
  •
  • Safe manual handling and controlled working practices across all phases

  •
  • Secure storage and staged delivery into new premises
